预定条件（中文）

1. 订单确认
   所有产品均为定制款式，需在确认设计、尺寸、木材及内容后方可下单制作。

2. 订金安排
   预定需支付 订金（一般为 30%–50%），收到订金后即安排制作。订金恕不退还。

3. 制作时间
   制作周期约 X–X 个工作日（视设计复杂度及订单数量而定），以确认订单当日开始计算。

4. 修改说明
   设计确认后恕不接受更改内容。如需修改，可能产生额外费用及延长制作时间。

5. 成品确认
   成品完成后将提供照片/视频供客户确认，确认无误后安排余款支付及交付。

6. 交付与安装
   运送与安装费用另计（如适用），具体方式将于下单时确认。

7. 自然材料说明
   实木属天然材料，木纹、色泽及细微差异属正常现象，不视为瑕疵。

Reservation Terms & Conditions (English)

1. Order Confirmation
   All products are custom-made. Production begins only after confirmation of design, size, material, and content.

2. Deposit Payment
   A 30%–50% deposit is required to secure the order. Production will commence upon receipt of the deposit. Deposits are non-refundable.

3. Production Time
   Estimated production time is X–X working days, depending on design complexity and order volume, starting from order confirmation.

4. Amendments
   Once the design is confirmed, changes are not allowed. Any amendments may incur additional charges and extend production time.

5. Final Approval
   Photos or videos of the completed product will be provided for approval before final payment and delivery.

6. Delivery & Installation
   Delivery and installation fees (if applicable) are charged separately and will be confirmed upon ordering.

7. Natural Wood Disclaimer
   As solid wood is a natural material, variations in grain, color, and minor imperfections are normal and not considered defects.
